Workshop On Classroom Management

The Primary Section of Rayburn High School conducted a marathon workshop on Classroom Management for 3 days (3^rd – 5^th December, 2019) where 33 teachers attended the workshop.

The workshop was facilitated by the Vice-Principal, School Counsellor and HOD-Primary, wherein extensive discussions revolved around teachers’ personal experiences in the classrooms, instructional planning, and management of information and child’s developmental psychology. Special mentioned was made on classroom and school procedures such as – morning routines, turning in of assignments, school wide announcements, how and when to sharpen pencils, etc.
